When placing an order, Nopli simplifies the life of its users by integrating Delivery directly into the shopping cart.
However, when the Buyer chooses the delivery method, he/she contracts directly with the carrier on his/her behalf.

Terms of delivery :
1- Choice of Delivery Method and Payment
When placing an order by a Buyer, the latter selects the delivery method of his choice.
Delivery costs are payable by the Buyer and are paid at the same time as the order.
The Buyer can follow the progress of his order thanks to a tracking number or directly from his Personal Space.
2- Shipping of the order
Once the order is placed, the Seller is notified by email and receives the shipping note (Transport Label).
The Seller has a period of 5 days to confirm the sale and ship the product.
To do so, he just has to print the shipping note and stick it on the package.
3- Receipt of the order
Once the order has been delivered, the Buyer has 72 hours to confirm receipt of the order. Once this period has passed, the order will be automatically validated.
